Equipoint see rise in demand for serviced offices
May 29th, 2008 | by Simon Rattray
Equipoint serviced offices in Birmingham have seen some brisk demand for their office space recently. A range of new tenants include Lattix from Norway, Highcross, Alpha & Omega Employment and the National Fostering Agency. They have also reported an increase in demand for serviced offices for 1 to 3 people.
Dean Temple from the National Fostering Agency commented “We were attracted by the well laid-out office space and friendly service. We also needed meeting room facilities for our regular meetings with our home workers who are based across the region.” These comments demonstrate that the serviced office solution really suits the needs of businesses as the facilities such as meeting rooms can be used as and when required.
Equipoint is located close to junction 6 of the M42 and has excellent transportation links so is easy to commute to.
