Edinburgh office space deals in increase 13% in Q4
February 25th, 2008 | by Simon Rattray |The Edinburgh office market continues to perform well, with a 13% increase in take up in Q4 2007, which is great news for the industry in that area. One of the most prominent deals was that of HSBC moving in to Lochrin Square, as reported by Choregus on 18/12/07. Interestingly the shortening supply which has lead to increase rental costs has meant that occupiers are looking outside of the city centre for new locations.
