Derwent London gets green light

March 3rd, 2008 | by Adam Lucking

Derwent London has been given planning permission for the development of its Bennetts Associates designed office building at Chancery Lane.

There will be around 102,900 sq ft of office space and a small amount of retail space. This will replace three multi-let buildings totalling 71,146 sq ft.

Derwent London already has a large presence in London with the Johnson Building in Hatton Garden being another property of theirs.

Director, Nigel George, said that the scheme was well researched to get divisible floorplates in an attempt to appeal to a wide range of occupiers and the courtyard setting will offer suitable break out spaces for tenants.
