Three new meeting rooms are being added to the local business centre amenities in Albert Dock, Liverpool in new building work on the Premier Inn hotel.
Part of a thirty-thousand square feet expansion package, it should help to accomodate the increased demand from the business community in the Liverpool area.

Office space deals were worth a total of just £2.3billion in the last three months of 2007 as the market fell to levels not seen since 2005.
