Propertyweek.com appear to have uncovered the most expensive office rental in the world.
It won't be a surprise to many that it is a hedge fund company who is the tenant.
Over 18,000 square feet at 140 quid per sq foot - very pricey indeed!

Property firm CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) said it expected 2.5 million square feet of new office space per year to be built in central London in 2009 through 2011, instead of a previously forecast 4.5 million square feet.
