Despite the recent fall in commercial property prices, Manchester has come out of this turbulent time in remarkably good shape, writes the Manchester Evening News. Several big property deals including BoNY and the Co-op have helped keep the city’s commercial property market feeling vibrant. The market will be assisted in investors looking for bargains and the recent cut in the Bank of England base rate.
