Birmingham office space at Colmore Row

Office space in Birmingham is about to get better following the announcement that a new 35-storey tower may be built in the heart of the city.
The Colmore Row conservation area should be a healthy addition to the skyline of the fast-growing city and with plenty of serviced office space, could be a greatly used by the business community.
At 441ft tall and at a cost of £160m, the building, which would be a replacement for the NatWest Tower, has been welcomed by locals and the business community alike. The Birmingham Civic Society however have aired their concerns at such a tall building impacting upon the beauty of St Philip’s Cathedral.
It is thought that over 2500 jobs will be created from the project and the office space would be taken up very quickly by international and local companies alike.
Well known local businessman, Richard Wootton, said that he was looking forward to the development being built and would move in to the building with his communications company, “in the first instance”.
