Banks seek more flexible office space

Research from MWB found that amongst its 27 office locations in London, there were increases in the number of workstations at all the major locations such as the City of London itself,
Canary Wharf and the
West End.
With the financial institutions bearing the brunt of the credit crunch it appears that the use of short term and flexible office solutions is set to increase in London. Good news for serviced office companies and for the Choregus website - it should mean that more of you are
reading!
Other notable increases in serviced office use were found in the communications field (49%) , Public/Municipal sector (32%) , IT (15%) and Recruitment agencies (10%).
