Avanta, the serviced office company, has completed refurbishment of its new business centre in London.
The building is set in the City of London at 23 Austin Friars, London EC2A and provides 55,000 sq ft of Grade A office space. The serviced office space has a wide range of features including meeting rooms, training rooms, wifi public areas and an unbranded reception area.
Avanta is expecting the occupancy to rise considerably in the near future even though it is already two thirds let.
Avanta have already agreed a leasehold on the property with Exemplar Properties and GE Real Estate UK to develop flexible serviced offices of different sizes in order to suit the requirements of tenants looking for a high profile location in London.
With businesses such as Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, ING Barings, BP and the Bank of England sharing the same postcode, companies can boast an impressive postal address without rental costs and the Avanta team will forward all mail to a postal address of the tenants choice.
Avanta now has eleven business centres based in the West End and London and manages well over 380,000 sq ft of office space.
David Alberto, managing director of Avanta says, that they are now well established in London’s West End and are making their mark in the City with the new business centre.
