Avanta redevelop Manchester office space
May 13th, 2008 | by James Jones |
Avanta have appointed Manchester-based Makin Architecture to work on its office space scheme in Stevenson Square, in the Northern Quarter of the city.
The Grade II listed buildings at Dale Street and China Lane, noted for their turquoise colour will be reburbished to get them ready to Avanta’s usual high standards.
The occupants of the building may not be the usual types for a serviced office building as the Northern Quarter is an area that is frequented by art and design type businesses. We at Choregus think that it would be one of the most inventive serviced office buildings in the country, flowing with ideas.
As with other serviced offices, there will be meeting rooms available along with breakout areas and admin support to allow the creative types to get along with what they do best and a conference area that is open to both the users of the office space and ‘outsiders’ should help to increase the awareness of businesses using the building.
