1. Do you REALLY need to get that exclusive postcode? Why not get an office in a lower-cost post code and also take advantage of a virtual office package to give the impression of a more prestigious location.
2. Search on the various office space directories like our very own to ensure that you see every possible serviced office in that area before you make your final decisions.
3. Ensure that your chosen office has good transport links. If your workstation costs £400pm, but travel costs £220pm, are you sure that you are making a good, financial deal? A slightly more expensive serviced office may save you a lot of money in travel costs.
4. Ask Centre Managers BEFORE you sign up to a deal for the latest offers at that particular centre. There are always offers to be had if you ask the question.
